葳格餐飲科升上高三的同學,運用暑期輔導全心籌備成長午宴,將兩年來的學習成果化為一道道佳餚和一次次專業服務,動人呈現在師長和家長的面前。

光聽就食指大動的菜單,技術挑戰五顆星,即便緊湊的節奏與繁重的任務帶來不少焦慮,同學們仍展現抗壓性,用相互鼓勵、合作與堅持克服難關,讓這場餐會不只是「完成」,而是真正的「完美」
從菜單設計、流程規劃,到烹調、宴席服務,餐飲科的精神在實踐中傳承,感謝內場指導賴泯儒老師和外場指導蔡孟娟老師的帶領,接下來還有統測和畢業成果展的舞台等待各位同學繼續加油!
 
Students in the Department of Restaurant Management spent their summer break preparing for the Growth Luncheon, turning two years of hard work into delicious dishes and professional service, beautifully presented to their teachers and parents. 
The menu itself was a five-star challenge .
Even with the tight schedule and heavy workload that caused plenty of stress, the students showed resilience, lifting each other up with encouragement, teamwork, and determination. That’s why this luncheon wasn’t just “finished,” it was truly “flawless.” 
From menu design and event planning to cooking and full banquet service, the spirit of the Restaurant Management program came alive in every detail.  Big thanks to the instructors for their guidance, and to the students: keep pushing forward, your next milestones are waiting!
