經過餐飲科一學期的洗禮,一年級的小餐胞們即將出戰中餐丙級證照,這場「餐飲服務技術成果展」是場實戰演練,挑戰用專業英文和四道佳餚征服大家的味蕾,讓人驚呼:「這些同學真有兩把刷子!」
開胃菜|富貴三喜拚(焦溜豆腐塊、乾煸四季豆、火腿冬瓜夾 )
湯 品|薑絲魚片湯
主 菜|糖醋荔枝肉
甜 點|焦糖烤布蕾
為了完整呈現這份菜單,同學們籌備許久,席間上演說菜秀,紅酒介紹及開瓶、水花與創意盤飾表演、座上嘉賓還能用iPad瀏覽同學們自製的餐服課程學習歷程電子書,用心程度衝破天際!看著同學們各司其職,在自己的崗位上認真發揮,根本是被餐飲耽誤的全方位偶像團體。

After a semester of intensive training in the F&B program, our first-year culinary students are now gearing up for the Chinese Cuisine C-Level Certification! This Showcase served as a real-world rehearsal—and a bold attempt to win over everyone’s taste buds with four delicious dishes and some impressively professional English skills . Guests couldn’t help but exclaim, “These students really know their stuff!”

To bring this menu to life, the students worked tirelessly behind the scenes. During the meal, they wowed guests with lively bilingual dish presentations , a red wine introduction and bottle-opening demo , and creative plating techniques. Guests could also browse a student-designed digital activity booklet on iPads .
Watching each student shine in their role felt like watching a multi-talented idol group—one that just happens to specialize in food service!
