DYNAMUN IX 第九屆模擬聯合國
來自全臺的中學生齊聚一堂，擔任聯合國正副主席、幹部與各國家代表，模擬聯合國會議，討論國際重大議題參與者不僅強化了英文能力，也在資料蒐集整合、邏輯思辨與表達溝通的過程中拓展國際視野。
兩個議題扣緊時事，具有高度討論性和挑戰性聯合國人權理事會的主題為「人工智慧時代下的人權」，探討AI熱潮下不可忽視的人權保障；聯合國經濟及社會理事會的主題為「對抗通貨膨脹的永續政策與實踐」，延伸商討市場高度關注的聯準會動向與通膨趨勢。
葳格中學的模聯是少數開放國中生參加的模聯，今年的開幕式由葳格儀隊暖場，感謝家長會王陳鵬副會長蒞臨致詞「國際禮儀交流晚會」更是活動最後的亮點環節。今年的晚會主題是美式復古之夜，參與者褪去一身正裝配合指定Dress Code，學習交際舞蹈及合宜的社交禮儀表達感謝畢業的學姊Fanny和Kiki回到母校獻唱，葳格熱音社和東山熱舞社的表演，以及DJ MONO的氣氛營造各位校內、外的同學，我們明年見！
The opening ceremony began with a performance by the Wagor honor guard, and we were honored to have Vice President of the Parent Association, Mr. Chen Peng Wang, deliver a speech. High school students from all over Taiwan gathered to take on roles as UN chairs, officers, and country representatives, simulating UN meetings to discuss major international issues. Participants not only enhanced their English skills but also expanded their global perspective through research, logical thinking, and communication.
This year’s two topics are timely, highly discussable, and challenging. The UNHRC focused on “Human Rights in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” exploring the crucial human rights issues in the era of AI. The ECOSOC addressed “Sustainable Practices to Combat Inflation,” discussing the market’s keen interest in the Fed’s policies and inflation trends.
DYNAMUN is one of the few that welcomes middle school students, and the Social Event is the highlight. This year’s theme was “Retro American Night,” where participants ditched formal attire to follow a specified dress code, learning social dances and proper social etiquette. We are grateful to alumni Fanny and Kiki for their performances, as well as the vibrant shows by the Wagor Pop Music Club, the Dongshan Pop Dance Club, and DJ MONO’s atmosphere creation.
